JAVYGTOR is indicated to reduce blood phenylalanine (Phe) levels in adult and pediatric patients one month of age and older with hyperphenylalaninemia (HPA) due to tetrahydrobiopterin- (BH4-) responsive PKU. JAVYGTOR is to be used in conjunction with a Phe-restricted diet.
